I do the problems mostly start when you have multiple rigs in one scene. Also we don't have geometry weighting. Like we can't make geometry soft bodies, and use them to animate different parts of the body. We can make muscles, but its a bit more time consuming and not always as accurate, as just copying polygons and then extruding them to make muscles. Cant find the maya example im thinking of, but here is a max one: havent found a way to do that in cinema. Also we lack and easy way to make pose libraries. I just resort to putting keyframes on negative frames in the timeline.
