G'day, I purchased a device called GrabBeeX USB 2.0 Video Graber about 2 or 3 years ago. I think from eBay.

I have important recorded VCRs that I want to copy to D V Ds. I tried to install this device to be able to copy the V C R s. When I placed the CD that came with the device into my Windows 7 Computer. The computer would not recognise it.

Driver

All I received was a message saying insert a CD into the drive. I then put the C D into my Windows 10 Computer. 3m pl300 software download. It recognised it and started to run. I then got this message. Photo Attached. I cannot find out anywhere to obtain assistance. I would really appreciate any help please.
